I started practicing yoga 20 years ago, became a yoga teacher 10 years ago and a certified pilates instructor 1,5 years ago. Throughout these whole studying and practicing, Im still on the path to find my balance, not just in the physical body, but also between mind and body, between physical body and spirituality, between yin and yang. All of the long journey here is to find a way to build up happiness from inside. And on my way there, I’m happy to share it with people.
